The nutrition science specialist Ms Katrin Senger has been conducting the business of LaSoy GmbH in Leezen (Germany) since January 2008. The company, which is a subsidiary of the Artax Group (former Lactoprot Group), has successfully developed a unique and innovative production technique for – not only healthy but also delicious – soya products.
Ms Senger, born in 1962, studied dietetics in Munich and graduated with her thesis about “The market for soya-based substitutes for milk in various European countries”. After several stays abroad, the mother of a 18-years old son had been responsible for the Sales Department with Natumi AG in Cologne. Ms Senger brings her profound knowledge about the food industry and international experience into play. In the technical field she is supported by the other managing director, Mr Steffen Rode.
