Successful 5th Anniversary in South-eastern Europe

Lactoprot Hellas is the Group’s sales organisation in the Greek and Cypriot markets. It has been successfully supplying the food industry (predominantly meat and milk processing firms) since 2002.

In addition to the local distribution of food additives and raw materials, Lactoprot Hellas also  provides intensive technical support, which includes the development of customised formulas and testing on customer premises.

The range of products consists mainly of products from the Artax Group (e.g. caseinate and yogurt stabilisers), but is supplemented by additives from other suppliers (e.g. bacteriophages, milk calcium, galactooligosacharides). Moreover, the company’s market position is further strengthened by exclusive co-operations with other reputable raw material producers. The latest development in this connection is a distribution agreement with EBI Food Safety.

Lactoprot Hellas’ strong customer partnerships and the opening up of new business segments have resulted in a highly satisfactory business trend. The business base has also been expanded and stable distribution established thanks to the growing number of special products being sold.
