Growth and International Expansion



As a result of the merger of Artax AG and its sub-holding Lactoprot International AG in 2007, the company structure of the Artax Group has been simplified.

Artax AG is a holding company for the producing/trading companies. The firms are located in Austria, Germany, the U.S., Slovakia, Greece, Mexico, Slovenia, Romania and, most recently, in Belgium. Their main business is the industrial production of food and additives for the food industry, primarily on the basis of milk and milk products.
