LaSoy GmbH, which is based in Kaltenkirchen in Schleswig-Holstein, focuses on the development, production and marketing of soya-based beverages and powder products. The customer target groups include both retailers and the food processing industry. Via its activities, the company represents an excellent supplement to its Artax Industrial Group sister companies, which specialise in functional milk products. 

LaSoy products and the “Sojabest” brand are currently undergoing a market launch. The main emphases are on the production and sale of liquid soya puree, ready-to-drink soya beverages, soya fibre products and spray dried, pure soya powder. Liquid soya puree is a base product, which allows the production of organic alternatives to dairy milk products such as yoghurt, curd cheese, fresh cheese, Feta, slicing cheese and ice cream. Spray dried, pure soya powder can be used instead of conventional milk powder for a diversity of applications.

True to the motto that, “What is healthy should also taste good,” LaSoy attaches great importance to product flavour. All its products bear the organic product seal and are produced from genetic engineer free soya beans, using an innovative, patented process. This allows the processing of the entire bean and removes its typical, slightly bitter flavour. All the items produced using LaSoy can be labelled as being free from milk protein, cholesterol, milk sugar and gluten.
